The origin of the olives we use to produce DIMITRI olive oil is in the southern region of Greece, state of Lakonia, near the capitol of the ancient city Sparta.
The climate and the soil in the southern Aegean region of Greece is well suited for fit olive tree growing conditions. DIMITRI olive oil is produced in this region.
