The name "DIMITRI" with the Greek letter "Delta", means "loves the earth" the same way as the son of Dimitra, goddess of agriculture, earth, and harvest.
It was also my grandfather's name, and my name as well.
My grandfather began producing extra virgin olive oil more than 100 years ago.
He planted olive trees on our farm, and later with my father Omiros formed 85 acres of land with more than 4,000 olive trees today.
